Here’s a tip about how one can play this game quickly and
efficiently:


When building new cities, they should roughly keep the same
layout as the first (capital) city. In this way, one can easily identify the
buildings especially when there are a lot of cities to administer. Of course,
each city may be slightly different from the others; however, all the buildings
that necessarily occur in each city or their equivalents (such as mine boosters)
should have the same place all over the empire. My experience has showed me
that the speed and efficiency can easily be doubled that way.
